FREE plan: Free — up to 100 DM replies/month

PAID plan: Monthly $1.45 USD + usage-based billing ($0.006 USD per automated reply)

Both plans include the same comment monitoring and automated DM features. The FREE plan includes a monthly usage limit only.

Usage is billed on a postpaid basis:

• End of month: aggregate usage (reply count)
• Beginning of next month: usage billed ($0.006 USD per reply)
• Base fee: prepaid on the subscription date ($1.45 USD)

Cancellation process:

1. Base fee: Pro rata refund for unused days
2. Usage charges: Postpaid billing for replies already consumed
3. Service: Automatically switch to FREE (up to 100 DMs/month)
4. Refund: Processed within 3–5 business days after Paddle settlement

Refundable items:

• Unused period of monthly base fee
• Compensation for service outage
• Duplicate payments

Non-refundable:

• Replies already consumed
• Services already provided

1. 모니터링: 설정한 키워드가 포함된 댓글 감지

3. 발송: 적절한 템플릿으로 자동 DM 발송
4. 기록: 발송 내역 및 사용량 기록

다음 사항을 확인해보세요:

• 계정 연결 상태: 인스타그램 계정이 정상 연결되어 있는지 확인
• 모니터링 규칙: 키워드 설정이 올바른지 확인
• DM 권한: 인스타그램에서 DM 발송 권한이 있는지 확인
• 사용 한도: FREE 플랜의 경우 월 100회 제한 확인

연결이 끊어지는 주요 원인과 해결 방법:

• 토큰 만료: 설정에서 '다시 연결' 버튼 클릭
• 권한 변경: 인스타그램에서 앱 권한을 다시 승인
• 계정 변경: 인스타그램 비밀번호 변경 시 재연결 필요

사용량 계산 방식:

• 계산 기준: 실제 DM이 발송된 건수만 계산
• 중복 제외: 같은 사용자에게 중복 발송되지 않음
• 실패 제외: 발송 실패한 DM은 사용량에서 제외

사용량 히스토리에서 상세 내역을 확인할 수 있습니다.

Security measures:

• Encryption: SSL for data-in-transit encryption
• Access control: Minimum permissions only
• Data retention: Store only what is necessary
• Deletion: Immediate deletion upon account removal

Account deletion steps:

1. Cancel subscription if active
2. Wait for usage settlement to complete
3. Request deletion via support email
4. Personal data deleted
