Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 독신즈 (the “Company”) and users regarding the use of the 인그랩 Instagram comment monitoring and automated DM delivery service (the “Service”).
Article 2 (Scope of the Service)
The Service provides the following features:
- Instagram comment monitoring and keyword detection
- Automated DM delivery
- AI-powered automated responses
- Usage statistics and analytics
Article 3 (Subscription Plans and Fees)
📋 Subscription plans
Usage-based billing
- <strong>Automated replies:</strong> $0.006 USD per send (billed in arrears)
- <strong>Billing cycle:</strong> Usage aggregated at month-end and invoiced at the start of the following month
- <strong>Minimum billable unit:</strong> 1 send
Article 4 (Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy)
🚨 Important notes before cancelling
- <strong>Base fee refunds:</strong> We provide a prorated refund for the unused period.
- <strong>Usage fees:</strong> Automated replies already delivered are charged at $0.006 USD, even after cancellation.
- <strong>Settlement:</strong> The subscription terminates after Paddle completes the final usage settlement.
Cancellation procedure
- From the dashboard, navigate to Settings → Manage Subscription and click “Cancel subscription”.
- Select a cancellation reason and confirm your request.
- We submit the cancellation request through the Paddle API.
- After usage fees are settled you are automatically downgraded to the FREE plan.
Refund policy
- <strong>Base fee:</strong> Prorated refund based on the cancellation date
- <strong>Usage fees:</strong> Non-refundable (they cover services already rendered)
- <strong>Refund timing:</strong> Processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation
- <strong>Exceptions:</strong> Separate arrangements apply for losses caused by service outages
Article 5 (Billing and Settlement)
- <strong>Base fee payment:</strong> Charged in advance on the subscription billing date each month
- <strong>Usage settlement:</strong> Aggregated at month-end and invoiced at the start of the following month
- <strong>Payment methods:</strong> Credit and debit cards processed via Paddle
- <strong>Payment failure:</strong> Service may be suspended after three failed attempts
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- Comply with Instagram’s terms of use and community guidelines
- Use the Service without infringing on the rights of others
- Refrain from sending spam or excessive promotional messages
- Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its operation
Article 7 (Service Suspension)
The Company may restrict or suspend the Service under the following circumstances:
- System maintenance, inspection, or upgrades
- Changes to or discontinuation of the Instagram API
- Violation of these Terms by a user
- Other force majeure events
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company does not provide any warranties for the free plan.
- We are not liable for service limitations caused by changes to Instagram’s policies.
- Users are responsible for the messages they send via the Service.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Article 9 (Privacy Protection)
The Company protects personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Please refer to Privacy Policy for details.
Article 10 (Miscellaneous)
- <strong>Changes to the Terms:</strong> We provide notice at least 7 days before changes take effect.
- <strong>Governing law:</strong> Laws of the Republic of Korea
- <strong>Jurisdiction:</strong> Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
