  • <strong>Account management:</strong> User identification, authentication, and customer support
  • <strong>Billing management:</strong> Subscription billing, usage settlement, and refunds

2. Retention and usage period

  • <strong>Account data:</strong> Stored until account deletion (or as required by law)
  • <strong>Billing data:</strong> Stored for 5 years pursuant to e-commerce regulations
  • <strong>Usage logs:</strong> Stored for 3 months under the Communications Privacy Protection Act
  • <strong>Instagram integration data:</strong> Deleted immediately upon disconnection

3. Provision of personal data to third parties
